Ibiza House Phi Phi has put together a FAQ where you’ll find the most frequently asked questions about our hotel. If your question isn’t displayed in our FAQ, Ibiza House Phi Phi’s courteous staff, available day and night, will happily answer any queries in order to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
From Phuket: First boat starts at 8:30 AM, and the last speedboat is 3:30 PM. The last ferry is at 3:00 PM.
From Krabi: First boat starts at 9:00 AM, and the last speedboat is around 4:00 PM. The last ferry is around 3:00 PM.
No, but you can book a car from the airport to the pier.
No shuttle service as the island features only walking streets, but our bellboy service is available to assist you from the pier.
From Phuket airport: Approx. 1 hour
From Krabi airport: Approx. 30 minutes
The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the pier. A shared map is available on our website.
Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, except on Thai major Buddhist holidays.

If you need 2 beds, set the number of rooms to 2 and the number of adults to 1 for each room. When the room types appear, select the available dormitory room one at a time until you have selected 2 rooms (2 beds).
